Join our growing Bay Area team as an Entry Level Assistant Manager and build valuable leadership experience while representing AT&T wireless and fiber internet services. This full-time, in-person opportunity is designed for motivated individuals who want to develop management skills, strengthen their communication abilities, and grow into future leadership positions.
As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you'll work directly with customers while supporting daily sales initiatives, team development, and customer service. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you'll learn how to lead by example, manage customer interactions, support business operations, and help your team achieve performance goals.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager
- Work directly with customers to introduce AT&T wireless, fiber internet, and connectivity solutions
- Help customers compare plans, devices, pricing, promotions, and account options
- Support customer enrollments, account activations, upgrades, and account management
- Assist with daily team operations, customer service, and sales performance
- Coach and support team members through hands-on leadership and positive feedback
- Monitor customer interactions, sales activity, and team performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with leadership to develop management, coaching, and business development skills
- Build strong customer relationships while contributing to customer satisfaction and team success
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or leadership is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in management, leadership, customer service, sales, or business development
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
