At Alliance Films, the Line Operator oversees the operation of the extrusion equipment in an efficient manner to produce the desired quality and quantity of work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regulates and supports the activities Operator Assistants, Converting and Shipping Associates and Material Handlers;
- Work closely with the
Shift Supervisor to establish work schedules and follow up to assure completion of those schedules;
- Maintains adherence to company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices;
- Assures efficient and economical utilization of materials, improvement of methods, and elimination of wasteful practices;
- Flexible to work any shift assigned and able to work overtime as required;
- Follows established standard operating procedures and ensures Team Members work to meet all of our Plant priorities of Safety, Quality, Production and Waste Management;
Provides backup and performs all crew member functions and responsibilities;
- Establishes and maintains good employee relations and adherence to proper judicious disciplinary measures when required;
- Responsible for reviewing and administering employee performance evaluations and recommendations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
