Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Peptide Educator to join our dynamic team! Id product education to make a meaningful impact in the health and wellness industry.
Duties
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and educational sessions about peptides to diverse audiences both in-person and via virtual platforms
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional in-person customer service and personalized product recommendations
- Manage social media accounts by creating compelling content, sharing success stories, and promoting upcoming events or promotions
- Collect data on customer preferences, feedback, and engagement metrics to inform marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts
- Organize and participate in local events, trade shows, or community outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness and educate potential clients
- Promote products effectively by highlighting their benefits, addressing questions, and handling sales objections confidently
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of retail store products to assist customers accurately and confidently at the point of sale
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or retail environments is highly desirable for understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively in public speaking settings
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with a broader audience and enhance customer engagement
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility
- Ability to handle data collection accurately for reporting purposes and marketing insights
- Technical proficiency with digital tools such as CRM systems, social media management software, or presentation platforms
- Exceptional customer relationship building skills with a focus on promoting products and representing the brand positively
- Experience in event marketing or public speaking that demonstrates your ability to engage audiences effectively
- Knowledge of retail store product details related to health supplements or wellness products is advantageous
