We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations to oversee our Beer Park operations and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the beverage industry as well as bartending and restaurant management, with the ability to lead a team effectively. This role requires a passion for hospitality, bar management, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment. The position requires minimum 3 years high volume bar management experience as well as restaurant management experience.
- Manage daily restaurant and bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ordering supplies.
- Lead and train staff in Hospitality, selling techniques, customer service skills, and menu knowledge.
- Develop innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the catering team for special events and functions held at the venue.
- Monitor bar performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Ordering/Inventory responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven experience in a high volume full service restaurant and/or high volume bar/night club setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
