The Role
When a customer's home is hit by water, sewage, fire, storm, or mold damage, they need someone who shows up fast, earns trust, and takes charge. That's the Restoration Project Manager.
A strong residential remodeling or construction project management background is the foundation for this role. We'll train the restoration side. What we need is someone who already knows how to manage customers, lead field teams, and get jobs across the finish line, profitably.
This is not a clipboard-only job. You'll be in homes, on job sites, leading people, solving problems, and making things happen.
What You'll Own
- The first impression. You're often the first face the customer sees. You inspect the damage, explain the plan, and earn the trust to get the job started.
- The crew. You lead technicians on site, keep them focused, and become the person they trust and follow.
- The customer relationship. From first call to final walkthrough, the customer knows you've got it handled.
- The numbers. You understand budgets and margin well enough to deliver a great experience and a profitable job.
You'll Fit Right In If You
- Take ownership and run with it
- Can walk into chaos and bring calm, confidence, and a plan
- Are great with customers, especially when they're stressed
- Lead field crews with respect and earn trust
- Know how to balance customer care with profitability
- Want to build a team and a career, not just manage tasks
Requirements

- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Able to participate in a scheduled on-call rotation for nights and weekends
- Able to pass company screening
Restoration experience and IICRC certifications are not required. If you don't have them, we'll train you.
Big Plus
Fluent Spanish is not required, but it is a major plus.
