Job Overview
Join our team as a Kitchen Team Member producing quality gluten free pizza crusts we provide to restaurants throughout WI, IL, MN and IA. You will play a vital part in our production process, ensuring safety standards are met, and delivering quality products to our many customers. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a team dedicated to excellence and growth with the company. Position also has potential for additional seasonal hours.
Responsibilities
- Work within a small production team
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, press, and cooking appliances
- Follow safety protocols during food production to prevent accidents and ensure quality control
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations.
Preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and safety standards in production environments
- Culinary experience with skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, knife handling, and slicing methods
- Assist in food preparation and cooking, following established recipes and safety standards
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
