Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our vibrant team at Waterstone SPA at the Ashland Springs Hotel located in downtown Ashland. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and personalized skincare services that enhance our clients’ natural beauty. Your expertise in various esthetic procedures will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and confident.
Duties
- Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, body polishes and foot treatments.
- All members of the esthetics team are expected to provide personalized skin care treatments unique to each guest's needs and goals.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results.
- Providing Waterstone Spa guest with confortable and relaxing experience is essential. The quality of touch, speed, and pressure must be professional and therapeutic.
- Guidance for home care is an integral part of what we provide for our guest.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatments or products.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety during all procedures to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
Skills
- Familiarity with cosmetology principles including color theory and anatomy knowledge relevant to aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to educate clients about aesthetic treatments and skincare products.

Pay: $46.00 - $55.00 per hour
