ChildrenFirst is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing pediatric therapy team in Central Florida.
We currently have an established patient caseload available immediately, with opportunities for both full and partial schedules depending on clinician availability and preferred service areas.
In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapy services to medically complex infants and children in our Sub-Acute Pediatric Residences and PPEC Centers, helping improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and overall functional independence.
This opportunity is ideal for clinicians seeking flexible scheduling, supplemental income, or the opportunity to work with a consistent pediatric caseload within a mission-driven pediatric therapy organization.

Qualifications
- Florida Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – required
- Pediatric therapy experience preferred but not required
- Experience working with medically complex children or developmental delays is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with:
- Patients and families
- Supervising Physical Therapists
- Interdisciplinary care teams
- Case managers and support staff
