Your Role as a Lawn Care Technician
As a vital part of our team, you will:
- Be the face of SecureLawn, providing exceptional lawn care service.
- Perform fertilization and lawn treatments with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Embrace the great outdoors, working in various weather conditions and lifting/carrying 50-80 pounds regularly.
- Ensure everything is prepped for the following day’s adventures.

- Budget vs. Actual Performance: Efficient management of materials and time is crucial.
- Service Calls: You’ll ensure quality control, making it rare to revisit a job.
- Customer Retention: Building strong relationships will keep our customers coming back for more.
- Utilization of Software & Processes: This supports all the above metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in turf care (fertilization/weed control) preferred, but not necessary.
- A clean driving history.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
