This position may be required to work nights, rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
Why does the job exist?
This position will provide general maintenance and repair to an Acute Care Facility, Long Term Care Facility, Rural Health Clinic, as well as the hospital property.
How does it get done?
This position will provide services such as pulling weeds, landscaping maintenance, painting, moving furniture, etc.
Who are the customers?
The staff, patients, outside vendors and community.
Ideal Candidate

Minimum Qualification
High School Diploma or Equivalent and six (6) months of experience in general building and grounds maintenance, custodial duties, construction, or appliance repair. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling six (6) months may substitute for the required experience.
Employment Requirements
Must successfully complete a background check.
Working Conditions
Some standing, walking, stooping, bending and lifting a minimum of one hundred (100) pounds with assistance may be required. Position may be required to work shifts, overtime, weekends, holidays, and call back hours as needed.
