What You'll Do
As the Direct Services Coordinator, you'll help lead the daily operations of our Resource Center by:
- Coordinating day-to-day client services and program operations
- Ensuring clients receive compassionate, trauma-informed support
- Supervising and supporting volunteers
- Assisting with crisis intervention and conflict resolution
- Connecting clients with housing, employment, healthcare, and community resources
- Maintaining accurate documentation while protecting client confidentiality
- Supporting program reporting, quality improvement, and service excellence
- Working collaboratively with community partners to strengthen outcomes for those we serve
We're Looking For Someone Who:
✔ Has a passion for serving individuals experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable populations
✔ Demonstrates exceptional leadership and communication skills
✔ Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
✔ Can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
✔ Believes in treating every individual with dignity, respect, and compassion
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in homeless services, case management, or social services
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care
- Strong crisis intervention, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency and excellent documentation skills
