Position: Confirmer needed for a construction company.
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Sunday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM
Duties:
1. Confirm leads for Sales Reps.
2. Confirm appointments with homeowners and prospects.
3. Reschedule missed or moved appointments.
4. Communicate with leads in a clear and professional manner.
5. Maintain accurate logs of confirmations and follow-ups.
Requirements:
1. Experience in confirming appointments in home improvement.
2. Computer savvy.
3. Strong communication and time management skills.
4. Experience using CRMs and tools like Google Calendar.
5. Organized, punctual, and able to work independently.
6. Must have experience in rehashing.
Compensation: $27 per hour plus bonuses.
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
