Micrometals has three global production facilities totaling more than 240,000 ft2 (22,300 m2) and we are the largest manufacturer of distributed gap powder cores. We also formulate our own powders to assure they meet our quality and performance standards and provide unmatched consistency to our customers. Micrometals serves thousands of customers around the globe, from winding houses to tier 1 manufacturers. Our products are widely used in power applications in nearly every major industrial market around the world including automotive, industrial, communications, medical, electronic, home appliances, military and aerospace.
We are searching for someone with Manufacturing experience in the area of:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to follow GMP, SOPs, and workplace safety procedures.
- Ensure safety compliance and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production machines and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or control system malfunctions
- Calibrate instruments and maintain quality control metrics
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
