Description:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused HVAC Sales Comfort Advisor to join our team. This role is responsible for meeting with homeowners, evaluating their comfort needs, and recommending HVAC solutions that improve efficiency, performance, and overall home comfort.
The ideal candidate is confident in the home, strong in sales, and able to close deals while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC systems, comfort concerns, and replacement needs

Perform in-home consultations, system evaluations, and basic load/size recommendations

Present and sell HVAC system options (equipment, duct modifications, indoor air quality solutions, etc.)

Provide clear, accurate pricing and financing options to customers

Close sales in the home and follow up on open opportunities

Maintain a strong conversion rate and meet or exceed sales targets

Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project handoff

Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and sales activity in CRM
-
Build trust with customers through education and transparent communication

Represent the company professionally at all times

Minimum 2–5 years of HVAC sales or in-home sales experience (HVAC strongly preferred)

Proven track record of closing sales and meeting revenue goals

Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and solutions

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed (peak demand times)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined

Experience with financing platforms and in-home sales tools

Knowledge of load calculations (Manual J) and system design basics

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

NATE Certification or HVAC technical background (a plus)

Uncapped commission structure with high earning potential
