Thorough Evaluations

Perform detailed patient assessments, gather medical histories, conduct physical exams, and evaluate sleep concerns
Diagnostic Interpretation

Analyze sleep studies, including polysomnography and home sleep apnea tests, to inform patient care
Collaborative Diagnosis & Care Planning

Partner with physicians to pinpoint diagnoses and craft effective, evidence-based treatment strategies
Treatment Oversight

Develop and execute individualized treatment plans

Manage medications and interventions for sleep disorders

Educate patients on sleep hygiene and lifestyle changes to support better outcomes
Ongoing Care & Documentation

Manage follow-up visits and adjust treatment plans as needed

Coordinate specialist referrals

Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of patient encounters
Patient Advocacy

Current, valid Physician Associate (PA) license in Virginia

Experience in sleep medicine is a plus but not required
