Salary and Compensation:
- Rate: $43/hr. - $46/hr. + (for highly experienced MDS/RNAC may be considered up to $48/hr.)
Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator - RNAC (Part-Time)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- RNAC specialty required
- Proficiency in Point Click Care for EMR
- Ability to work 2-3 days per week, including Thursdays for care plan meetings
Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator - RNAC (Part-Time)
- Coordinate and oversee resident assessments and care plans
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Open MDS on off-days remotely when necessary
- Participate in ongoing training and development through Relias
