About Us:
Healing the story of separation through regenerative cultural practices.
Eden Forest Collective is a 17-acre regenerative agriculture farm dedicated to sustainable food production, community engagement, and ecological stewardship. There are between 3-8 of us here on a typical day along with 1 lovable livestock guardian dog named Mosque who is a great pyrenees. We have around 20 chickens, 30 ducks, 5 goats, 10 sheep, 1 parrot, 1 tortoise, 5 koi fish, 9 peacocks and a few cats.
Our farm integrates principles of syntropic farming, agroforestry, and regenerative agriculture to cultivate a thriving landscape that benefits both people and the planet. We host community-focused events and retreats that celebrate sustainable agriculture, food, and education in a moving experiential way.

Responsibilities:
- Steward the beauty, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the farmhouse, guest accommodations, wellness center, event center, and all guest-facing spaces.
- Maintain welcoming, organized, and guest-ready environments through thoughtful care, routine upkeep, and attention to detail.
- Enhance the appearance and functionality of indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring every area reflects Eden's commitment to beauty, comfort, and hospitality.
- Coordinate ongoing organization, seasonal projects, and property improvements to support an exceptional guest experience.
- Monitor spaces proactively, identifying maintenance needs and opportunities to elevate the environment before issues arise.
- Support the preparation and reset of accommodations and event spaces for guests, retreats, and special gatherings.
Oversee the daily upkeep of the farm store by maintaining its cleanliness, organization, visual presentation, and inventory, creating an inviting experience for every guest
- Help develop and maintain simple systems that improve organization, efficiency, and long-term care of the property.
Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in project coordination, house management, interior design, hospitality, property stewardship, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to organize spaces, manage multiple priorities, and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.
- An eye for aesthetics, organization, and creating environments that feel warm, intentional, and welcoming.
