As a Salon Manager, you will spend your time between cutting on the floor, developing stylists, managing the day-to-day activities within the store and helping to grow the store’s clientele.

- Guaranteed hourly base pay ($19)
- Average $30–$40 per hour (base pay + tips + incentives)
