Compensation and Benefits
- $0.90 CPM team rate
- Approximately 4,000–7,000 miles per week
- $1,800 - $3,150 GROSS WEEKLY PER DRIVER
- Average of approximately 5,400 miles per week
- $1,500 annual retention bonus based on your start date

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to operate safely as part of an established driving team
- Willingness to run coast-to-coast

- Ability to comply with FedEx Ground and company safety requirements
