Overview
Regional Supplemental Services is looking for an experienced Mechanical Technician Repair. Must have hands on experience in industrial equipment diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and automation systems.

- Pay rate $45 an hour
- $30 a day per-diem
- Hotel and travel paid
- Must be able to be away from home for long periods of time

Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Install new machinery components or entire systems following technical specifications and safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and future reference.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machinery performance and implement upgrades or modifications.
- Follow safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Assist in training junior technicians or operators on proper equipment handling and maintenance procedures.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical principles.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals with precision.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic instruments, and maintenance software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting complex mechanical issues.
- Certifications such as OSHA safety training or relevant technical diplomas are highly desirable.
