Soelbergs Market is seeking a dependable and organized General Merchandise Lead to join our Stansbury team. This position is responsible for overseeing freight and helping ensure our general merchandise department remains stocked, accurately priced, rotated, and ready for customers.

Manage incoming freight and ensure merchandise is stocked efficiently.

Stock and organize shelves while maintaining clean, attractive displays.

Complete price changes accurately and on schedule.

Rotate merchandise to maintain product quality and freshness.

Perform shelf verification to ensure pricing, placement, and inventory accuracy.

Help maintain an organized backroom and sales floor.

Support the team during busy periods and seasonal changes.

Provide friendly, helpful service to customers.

Retail or grocery experience is preferred but not required.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Willingness to learn and take ownership of department responsibilities.

Must be available Monday through Friday.

Shifts may be scheduled anytime between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Occasional Saturday availability is required during peak and holiday seasons.
