Here are the basic requirements for the pressure washing position:
- Must have a strong work ethic,
- Must have a good attitude,
- Must be a quick learner,
- Must be detail-oriented,
- Must be able to work well with others,
- Must be dependable and on time (With your own personal vehicle),
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds,
- Must have full-time availability,
- Must be able to work outside in the heat and hustle (Yes even in the Florida summer)!
Typical hours are M-F 7:30 AM to 5 or 6 PM. There are times when you would be required to work longer days, weekends, overnights, or even out of town for larger commercial work, but all of these things are well compensated for by way of a comprehensive bonus system. We offer bonuses for exceeding daily goals of $50-$100 a shift, as well as a $25 bonus per shift working overnight or on the weekend.
We have grown over the years and that means adding new employees and equipment frequently. We make a substantial effort to reward our workers with above-average performance and seek to move employees to a team-leader (Foreman) position within 3-6 months of employment.
