We’re looking for an experienced line cook who knows how to handle a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of kitchen experience, can confidently run a station during busy service, multitask efficiently, and help lead the line when needed.
Must be experienced in preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, work well under pressure, maintain cleanliness and organization, and be a dependable team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation for catering events
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills:
- Proficient in food handling and preparation techniques
- Experience in catering or large-scale meal preparation is a plus
- Knowledge of different types of knives and their uses in the kitchen
- Familiarity with working in a commercial kitchen setting
- Understanding of food industry standards and best practices for quality control and safety
