## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, mature Crew Member to join our team at our busy pizza shop. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized dining/take out environment. You will also be earning tips for each of the shifts you will be working, after you are trained.
## Responsibilities
-Make cold subs and cut pizzas - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Take customer orders and process payments accurately - Prepare and serve food items according to our established guidelines - Upsell additional food items or promotions to customers - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, bathrooms and dining room - Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures - Handle customer inquiries, complaints or concerns in a professional manner
## Qualifications
- Prior experience in a pizza shop or other food industry is preferred but not required -Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment -Be happy, outgoing, and dependable - Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the restaurant setting

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
