For Consideration, Caregivers Must:
- Treat seniors with unconditional empathy, dignity, and respect.
- Have 5+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors; dementia/Alzheimer’s and prior rehab or post-acute care experience preferred.
- Be an HHA or CNA.
- Provide current CPR, First Aid, HIV, Alzheimer’s/Dementia training and communicable‑disease clearance.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and follow care plans.
- Be highly reliable and punctual — no‑shows and lack of communication are not tolerated in our registry.
- Pass AHCA’s Level 2 federal background check.
- Provide 3 professional references to verify experience and reliability.
- Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
- Must live in or near South Lake County — not for remote/telehealth or moving into the area in the future
- Be comfortable using mobile apps for onboarding, scheduling, and billing.
Nurse Registry Responsibilities (Hands-on care, CNA license or HHA certification required)
- Provide hands‑on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Assist with safe mobility, transfers, ambulation, and fall‑prevention routines.
- Provide transportation for errands, shopping, and appointments (mileage reimbursed if using personal vehicle).
- Take and record basic vital signs as needed.
- Observe and report changes in client condition to the family or registry.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate client updates promptly.
- Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and chronic conditions.
- Reinforce home exercise programs and safety instructions from PT/OT/SLP.
- Support safe routines such as walks, social activities, and engagement.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor for changes in condition.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation to support daily living.
- Demonstrate patience and empathy, especially when supporting clients with dementia or cognitive decline.
Interview Process
- 30-minute Virtual Professional Interview (dress code is business casual or scrubs).
- Failure to attend on time for both calls w/o communication will result in dismissal from our registries.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
