Job Overview:
You will work in a team-oriented environment and fully support and provide assistance to the marketing team with administrative tasks, provide engaging customer service, and assist in developing and implementing Lake Nona Wave Hotel’s brand strategy. You will also support the continuing effort to deliver distinctively different guest experiences and nurture lasting relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement property and market-based initiatives to drive awareness of the hotel primarily our guest rooms, restaurants and bars, and meetings and events as well as promoting the wider destination of Lake Nona
Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including credentials database, trackers, global contact directory, and intranets
Qualifications:
Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to walk, stand, and sit 6-8 hours per day and may have exposure to basic office supply chemicals.
The team member is occasionally required to climb and use balance. Additionally, they will frequently be asked to use their hands and arms to reach, carry, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member will experience temperature fluctuations (rain, wind, heat, humidity), and moderate to high noise levels.
