Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive for breakfast, offering friendly assistance and information about the buffet or menu options
- Prepare and replenish food items with precision, adhering to food safety standards and dietary guidelines
- Serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and juice, with efficiency and a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies regularly
- Monitor food presentation and quality, ensuring all offerings are fresh, appealing, and well-organized
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit or assembling breakfast items as needed
Experience
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
- Familiarity with dietary accommodations and allergy awareness enhances guest experience
