Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Engage with customers warmly, providing friendly and efficient service to enhance their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the workspace to ensure food safety standards are met
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and transactions
- Follow food safety management protocols diligently to uphold health standards and prevent contamination
- Restock supplies regularly and organize workstations for optimal efficiency
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store, including tables, counters, and equipment
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices is highly valued
- Familiarity with POS systems enhances your ability to serve customers swiftly and accurately
