Automotive Service Advisor – Arapahoe Kia
We are looking for a professional, experienced Automotive Service Advisor. This is a high-volume, process-driven shop with strong technician support, modern systems, and a team-focused environment.
We are looking for someone who understands dealership workflow, documentation, customer communication, and time management in a busy service department.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns
Write repair orders and capture customer concerns in the customer’s words
Perform vehicle walk-arounds and document vehicle condition
Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance
Build and present estimates
Obtain customer approvals
Coordinate with dispatch and technicians
Monitor vehicle progress and manage promise times
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Review and close repair orders
Deliver vehicles and review completed work with customers
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years Automotive Service Advisor experience
Dealership experience required - Import preffered
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple repair orders at once
Ability to build estimates and sell recommended work
