We are seeking a highly organized Warehouse Lead to oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of our electronic components. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely pick, pack, and shipping of orders, managing warehouse safety, maintaining inventory accuracy, keeping the warehouse organized, and coordinating with the Warehouse Manager to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehousing Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Ensure that all orders are picked accurately and packed securely, arranging for the timely dispatch and shipping of goods.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure that all stock movements are recorded and reconciled.
- Safety Management: Oversee safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff. Regularly inspect equipment and facilities for compliance with safety standards.
- Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse is kept tidy and organized, facilitating easy access to stock and efficient use of space.
- Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the warehouse team and Warehouse Manager to ensure that all parties are informed of inventory levels, order statuses, and any potential delays.
Experience:
- 2+ years leading a team in warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- UPS/FedEx Shipping
- Forklift, Pallet Jack, Stacker
- Order Management
- Cycle Counting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
