Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Robotic Welder Programmer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing robotic welding programs to ensure high-quality production output. Your expertise will drive efficiency, precision, and innovation in our automated welding processes. Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot robotic welding programs using Fanuc, Motoman, and Yakasawa robotics systems to meet production specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize welding processes for efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately set up robotic systems and tooling configurations.
- Conduct root cause analysis on welding defects or process issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain detailed documentation of robot programs, process changes, and calibration procedures.
Experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge including schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, tooling setup, machining, and fixture design.
- Hands-on experience with robot programming languages and integration of vision inspection systems for quality assurance preferred
- Ability to perform root cause analysis efficiently using troubleshooting tools and techniques.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Fabrication shop environment with moderate noise
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to see, hear, and use hands to program machines
