Lifetime Docks - Service Manager - LaFollette, TN
Responsibilities
- Answer initial boat dock service/repair calls, emails and texts.
- Create and manage service tickets.
- Contact customers by phone, email, and text with quotes and updates.
- Keep customers informed about job progress and completion timelines.
- Schedule service jobs and coordinate crews.
- Use computer programs including Excel, Word, HubSpot, and email systems.
- Assist in the field as needed.
- Apply construction knowledge to service and repair projects.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow up with customers after job completion.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize schedules.
- Experience with construction, docks, or marine service preferred.
- Comfortable using computers and office software.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work both in-office and in the field when required.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
