Job Description
Cleburne Ford is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our elite sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding guests through their entire vehicle purchase journey, from the initial greeting on the lot to the final delivery of their new Ford or high-quality pre-owned vehicle.
We are looking for individuals who are natural relationship-builders, highly persuasive, and deeply committed to providing an exceptional guest experience. We provide a steady stream of inbound floor and digital traffic, giving you every opportunity to maximize your unit volume and commissions from day one.

Responsibilities
Guest Consultation: Greet customers warmly, assess their automotive needs, and guide them to the perfect new Ford or pre-owned vehicle.
Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Ford vehicle features, trim levels, towing capacities, and tech integration to conduct expert demonstrations.
Deal Structuring: Work closely with Sales Managers to present transparent pricing, trade-in values, and financing options to guests.
Relationship Management: Maintain proactive follow-up with prospective buyers and existing clients using the dealership CRM to build a loyal referral network.
Delivery Excellence: Oversee the final delivery process, ensuring the vehicle is pristine and the customer is fully educated on its technology and features.
CSI Goals: Maintain high Customer Service Index scores in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Qualifications
Previous retail sales, hospitality, call center, or automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed monthly quotas.
Exceptional listening and communication skills over the phone, in text, and face-to-face.
Strong digital literacy with the ability to manage customer profiles in a CRM platform.
