$30-$35 per hour LPN or $40-$45 per hour RN

Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter incoming referrals accurately and efficiently
- Verify insurance coverage and document confirmations
- Coordinate Start of Care with clinical and scheduling teams
- Obtain physician orders and required documentation
- Follow up on missing referral information
- Maintain accurate records in EMR systems
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience in healthcare intake, referrals, scheduling, or insurance verification (preferred)
- Home health or Medicare experience preferred — we will train the right candidate
- Strong computer and EMR skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
