With an industry leading customer service process, we were afforded the opportunity to broaden our market by opening locations in Foxboro and Boston, MA as well as Northern NH; all while acquiring several premium OEM brands. In the last two years MOMS has grown tremendously by adding five locations throughout the New England region, increasing our footprint to 8 locations!
We are looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team of industry experts at our Enfield, CT location.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments
- Answer incoming customer phone calls with a welcoming greet
- Use Lightspeed DMS to create Repair Orders documenting all customer information, unit information, and customer requests or concerns.
- Work with service customers to establish a solid understanding of their concerns and the problems they are experiencing during operation to resolve the issue on the first visit.
- Perform thorough vehicle walk around at drop off with photo documentation.
- Recommend products and services that will keep the customers vehicle safe, perform optimally, or increase rider comfort and experience.
- Maintain lines of communication with customers to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed as promised and on time.
- Process internal service requests with the same level of care and detail as customer paid jobs
- Complete any seasonal projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver’s License (motorcycle endorsement preferred)
- 1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
