Our growing dental implant center in Chino is seeking an experienced Front Office Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team.
We guarantee 40 hours per week, providing stability while helping build our expanding Chino location. This position is 2 days per week with a doctor and back office staff in the office and is expected to grow into 4 clinical days per week.

Responsibilities
- Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and professionalism
- Educate patients on the All-on-4 procedure and guide them through their treatment journey
- Review and explain dental financing options to help patients move forward with care
- Verify insurance benefits and coordinate financial arrangements
- Schedule consultations, surgeries, and follow-up appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Collect payments and ensure proper financial posting
- Coordinate closely with the doctor and clinical team
- Help achieve production, collection, and case acceptance goals
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment
Qualifications
Experience is a MUST.
Applicants must have:
- Minimum of 5 years of dental treatment coordinating/front office experience
- Extensive experience with the All-on-4 (All-on-X) procedure
- Strong dental treatment planning experience
- Extensive knowledge of dental financing and presenting financial options
- Proven ability to convert consultations into accepted treatment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
