We’re looking for a dental assistant who wants to be part of a positive, hardworking team and take pride in the care we provide to our patients.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a reliable, motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The right person will be someone who is proactive, organized, personable, and genuinely enjoys working with patients and a dental team.
You don't have to be perfect—we can teach the right person—but reliability, work ethic, attitude, and willingness to learn are extremely important to us.
What You'll Do
- Assist the dentist during a variety of general dentistry procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized operatory
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Set up and break down operatories efficiently
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments according to office protocols
- Assist with impressions, scans, temporary restorations, and other clinical procedures
- Provide a warm, friendly experience for every patient
- Anticipate the dentist's needs and stay one step ahead during procedures
- Help maintain an efficient clinical schedule
- Communicate effectively with the dentist and the rest of the team
- Maintain a high standard of infection control and patient safety
- Help wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly

Experience:
Dental assisting experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. EFDA certification and expanded-function experience are a plus but are not required.

Compensation & Benefits
