Mayster Heating & Air is looking for a motivated, energetic, and competitive individual to join our growing team as an Outside Sales Representative.
This is not a desk job.
You'll spend your day in local neighborhoods meeting homeowners, creating opportunities, setting appointments, and closing sales when the opportunity presents itself.
If you're someone who enjoys talking to people, likes being outside, and wants to be paid based on your performance rather than sitting behind a desk, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Meet homeowners face-to-face in residential neighborhoods.
- Introduce homeowners to Mayster Heating & Air.
- Generate new leads and schedule appointments.
- Close sales when appropriate.
- Represent Mayster professionally in the community.
- Work independently while being supported by an experienced team.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with new people every day.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required—we'll train the right person.
Compensation
- Uncapped commission
