Heavy Civil Contractor accepting applications for Heavy Highway Bridge Project Manager position. Appropriate candidates should possess necessary skills to complete the following tasks
- Efficient management of bridge construction and heavy highway projects from start to finish in an office based position
- Completion of initial baseline and subsequent updates to critical path schedules using P6/ASTA schedule software.
- Assist with safety compliance administration
- Monitor daily activity reports, quantity measurements, subcontractor reports and force account records
- Preparation of change orders and work authorizations
- Submission of materials for review and acceptance
- Submission of RFIs
- Submission of insurance related documents
- Submission of miscellaneous project related documentation
Experience with PennDOT related sites ECMS and PPC preferred
Ability to complete tasks accurately within deadlines required
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of commercial construction project management experience with knowledge of PennDOT publication 408 and Roadway/Bridge standards preferred.
