We're seeking a skilled Senior HVAC Installation Crew Leader to oversee installations, guide team members, and help drive continued success in our growing company.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and rotational evening work.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee full residential and light commercial HVAC system installations

Ensure all projects meet or exceed company quality and safety standards

Provide exceptional customer service on every job site

Train, mentor, and supervise installation team members for efficient, high-quality results

Read and interpret wiring diagrams, perform air balancing, and complete sheet metal fabrication

Take full ownership of assigned jobs while collaborating effectively with the team
Minimum Qualifications
-
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
-
Prior lead or supervisory experience in HVAC installations
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Valid driver's license with a clean record (no DUI or reckless driving in the past 5 years)

Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents

Universal EPA Certification

Strong customer service mindset and proven leadership ability

Willingness to obtain low voltage license within 2 years and NATE certifications within 1 year
Preferred Qualifications

HVAC technical school certificate or formal training

Personal set of professional tools

Strong troubleshooting skills
