HVAC Commercial Superintendent-Direct Hire
Location: Winter Garden, Tampa, and Jacksonville, FL
Pay: $75,000 - $90,000 per year (Based on Experience)
Schedule: First Shift | Monday–Friday

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Commercial Superintendent to oversee commercial HVAC construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with commercial construction experience who can effectively manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of commercial HVAC construction projects from planning through completion.
- Manage daily jobsite operations and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Supervise onsite personnel while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Work closely with project managers, inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues to minimize delays.
- Negotiate with contractors and vendors to achieve competitive pricing and control project costs.
- Ensure all work complies with project plans, specifications, safety regulations, and applicable building codes.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality throughout every phase of construction.
- Conduct regular jobsite inspections to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate project updates to management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Commercial Superintendent, Construction Superintendent, or in construction management.
- Experience overseeing commercial HVAC construction projects is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and jobsite management.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and installation processes.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting project deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Experience reading blueprints and construction drawings
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations
