Rising Sun Automotive is Austin's premier Asian service facility committed to delivering high level repairs & service. We are currently seeking a professional technician to join our team. We mainly focus on Lexus / Toyota but also see Honda, Subaru & other Asian makes. We pay high level flat rate and are closed on the weekends. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical problems, using diagnostic equipment. Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, and brake adjustments. Must be capable of drivability, suspension & heavy line. We see it all!
- Technical Expertise: Keep up-to-date with automotive technology and repair techniques. Use technical manuals and diagnostic tools to ensure precise repairs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Certification: ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Driver License: Must have a valid driver's license
