Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience installing residential heating and air conditioning systems and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductwork.
- Replace existing HVAC equipment while following manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Properly evacuate, charge, and start up HVAC systems.
- Ensure installations meet company quality standards and pass inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Complete installation paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
