Licensing Requirement
Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are required prior to your start date.
If you are currently completing your licensing, we provide comprehensive study resources, coaching, and guidance throughout the licensing process to help you become fully licensed before joining our team.
What You'll Do
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through consultative, needs-based conversations.

Quote, present, and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products.

Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and lead follow-up.

Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend personalized protection plans.

Cross-sell multiple product lines to better protect customers while growing agency revenue.

Deliver exceptional customer service that creates long-term loyalty and referrals.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve production goals.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency and insurance regulations.

What We're Looking For
Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (or actively completing licensing before your start date).

Proven success in insurance sales or another production-driven sales role.
