Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to uphold health standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of appliances, fixtures, and furniture through regular dusting and polishing.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage custodial supplies inventory, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Prior experience with laundry services and janitorial tasks is preferred.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management or commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
