About the Role
As a Machine Forming Technician, you will play a vital role in our production line by managing equipment operations to ensure high-quality output. You will develop essential technical expertise in machine setup and process monitoring, directly contributing to our manufacturing efficiency and safety standards.
Responsibilities-
Operate and monitor forming machinery to meet daily production targets while ensuring optimal machine performance.

Execute machine changeovers and basic adjustments to maintain consistent material flow and production uptime.

Perform precise in-process quality inspections using gauges and measurement tools to guarantee product specifications are met.

Proactively identify and report equipment abnormalities or quality defects to minimize downtime and waste.

Maintain accurate production logs and scrap reports to support data-driven manufacturing improvements.

Uphold a safe and organized workspace by strictly adhering to 5S standards and lockout/tagout safety protocols.

Assist with material handling and the final packaging of finished goods to ensure readiness for shipment.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn industrial equipment operation.

Ability to interpret and follow detailed technical instructions and safety guidelines.

Proficiency in basic mathematics and the use of standard measuring instruments.

Consistent reliability and a commitment to maintaining high attendance standards.

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial production environment.
