Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while transporting roll offs across various routes in the local area. This role requires proficiency in operating roll off trucks. As a Roll Off Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Duties
- Safely operate Roll Off Trucks
- Execute route driving to deliver freight efficiently and on schedule.
- Load and unload using a forklift
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status and any issues encountered on the road.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving commercially.
Skills
- Proficient in driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Strong background in commercial driving with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Familiarity with forklift operation for loading and unloading purposes.
- Ability to navigate routes effectively while managing time constraints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise during transport.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
