An NFC Amenity Management Personal Trainer ensures that all clients achieve their specific goals
through a well-rounded, safe, and professional program.
This position requires schedule flexibility and includes existing clients to start with on day 1. We'll help market your services to our clients and host a Meet & Greet event for your introduction to our members. The commission range is between $17 and $35 per service (50%), with group classes available to teach.

Responsibilities:
- Motivate clients by designing professional, quality, and safe personal training programs.
- Provide personal training and fitness assessments.
- Ability to teach a variety of group activity classes.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge about exercise, health, and fitness by
remaining current with industry trends.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain and organize the work area.
- Ability to accurately record all appointments through NFC-approved software
- Offers client assistance as needed and whenever possible.
- Complies with all safety and security policies in accordance with NFC Amenity
Management.
- Acknowledge all guests using NFC-approved terminology.
- Follow NFC Grooming and Uniform Standards
Minimum Job Requirements:
- A passion for fitness & strong customer service/sales orientation
- Strong individual and team contributor.
- Must have an outgoing personality
- Must be hospitality-driven and offer any necessary assistance to clients and guests
- Must be able to follow a work schedule by being on time and dressed in the proper uniform
- Must possess the ability to multitask
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- National certification or comparable college degree plus AED/CPR
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
- Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
- Effective communication skills and engaging positively with clients
