ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY POSITION
Mevorah & Giglio Law Offices is an established general practice law firm located in DuPage County for more than 47 years with offices in Lombard and Bloomingdale. We are seeking an attorney with law firm experience, who is aggressive and wants to be financially successful with our innovative bonus plan to join our Firm in the Lombard, Illinois location.
A high percentage of our work is in family law, as such, we seek an associate who is passionate about divorce/family law. We also handle immigration criminal, personal injury, workers' compensation, real estate, probate and other general practice matters so experience in any of these areas of law is valuable. Firm provides an exceptional opportunity for a candidate who seeks a high level of responsibility and a diverse workload.
Candidates should have an out-going personality as he or she will work directly with clients along with excellent research and writing skills. Associate will be responsible for his or her own files, but may be called upon to assist other Attorneys in the Firm.

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Illinois.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.

Position is an In-Person, Full-Time Position. Interviews: Conducted in Person.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies across various practice areas
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests with precision and clarity
- Assist in trial preparation by organizing case files, preparing exhibits, and coordinating witness testimony for depositions and court proceedings
- Manage legal case files efficiently using case management software; ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Participate in client consultations by providing clear explanations of legal options and maintaining professional communication
- Support attorneys during court depositions and hearings by taking detailed notes and summarizing proceedings
- Conduct statutory legal research on procedural laws relevant to ongoing cases to ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
