Member Duties : By assisting with shared Salesforce reporting standards, reports, dashboards, documentation, and training, the VISTA project will strengthen data-informed services addressing poverty-related barriers for Veterans and families. Objectives include assessing reporting needs and metric definitions; developing a centralized report library; creating and testing foundational dashboards; and preparing staff training, governance, and sustainability resources. This virtual role collaborates with staff and Salesforce team members while remaining focused on capacity building and system ownership.
